Every cup is a single-serve, slow-baked dessert crafted from scratch in our 100% gluten-free kitchen. We blend our own sweetener (FirstRate™), mix our own grain-free crust, and skip all the usual shortcuts—no gums, no fillers, and no weird aftertaste.

Are your cheesecakes gluten-free and keto-friendly?

Yes! All of our cheesecakes are 100% gluten-free and made to be keto-friendly, with only 1–3 net carbs per serving (depending on the flavor) and no added sugar.

Are your cheesecakes sugar-free?

We don’t add any table sugar, syrups, or artificial sweeteners. Instead, we use our own plant-based, clean-label, natural sweetener blend, FirstRate™, to keep the carbs low and the flavor indulgent.

Some ingredients, like cream cheese and real fruit, contain small amounts of naturally occurring sugar, which is why we label them as “no added sugar.” Each cheesecake contains 2g or less of natural sugar per serving, and won’t cause a sugar crash.

I’ve tried a lot of awful low-carb foods. Do these have any weird aftertaste?

No weird aftertaste here. Just smooth, clean flavor.
We get it. Most “low-carb” or “sugar-free” snacks tend to taste chalky, bitter, or overly sweet, often with artificial sweeteners that leave a strange aftertaste. Our cheesecakes are different. What’s the texture like?

They’re just like a classic New York–style cheesecake—rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying, but without the sugar. 


Each cup has three layers: a buttery, gluten-free crust made with our in-house blend, a silky, slow-baked filling, and a sweet cream icing that melts in your mouth. The texture is smooth and luscious with a slight crumble from the crust—no grittiness, no chalkiness, and definitely no weird sugar-free aftertastes. You’ll experience the difference in every spoonful.

What kind of flavor do the cheesecakes have?

We never cut corners. Every flavor is made with real, premium ingredients: fresh zest, real eggs, Key West Key lime juice, real berries, and rich cocoa. The result? A decadent dessert that tastes just like your favorite cheesecake—but with only 1–3g net carbs, no gluten, no wheat, corn, or rice, and nothing artificial.  You’ll also never find palm oil, palm fruit oil, or guar gum in anything we make.   Note: Our gluten-free crust contains certified GF oat fiber. While it’s gluten-free and low-carb, it is technically grain-derived.

Can I eat this if I’m Type 1 or Type 2 diabetic, keto, or low-carb?

Yes, with confidence.
Each cheesecake contains just 1–3g net carbs and 0g added sugar. They’re formulated to support ketosis and help minimize blood sugar spikes. Many of our Type 1 and Type 2 diabetic customers have shared CGM data showing only a 1–3 mg/dL rise in blood glucose 30 minutes after enjoying our cheesecake cups and a few mg/dL drop after 2 hours.*

How do net carbs work, and how do you calculate them?

Net carbs are the carbohydrates your body digests and uses—meaning they’re the ones that can impact your blood sugar.

To calculate net carbs, we use this formula:
Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols = Net Carbs

Here’s why:

Dietary fiber doesn’t get broken down like regular carbs, so it doesn’t raise blood sugar.

Non-GMO, fermented erythritol and xylitol (used in our FirstRate™ blend) have minimal impact on blood glucose and are subtracted as well.*

You’ll find the net carb count clearly listed on every nutrition card inside our cheesecake packs, because we know how important it is to stay informed and on track.

*Note: Not all sugar alcohols are created equal—some (like maltitol) can raise blood sugar. We avoid those entirely.

Do your cheesecakes help keep you full?

Yes! These aren’t just light, fluffy desserts. Each cheesecake contains 4–7g of protein and a balance of good fats, making them a satisfying option any time of day. The protein comes from grass-fed collagen, real eggs, and cream cheese, which also gives them their rich, dense texture.

Do these cheesecake cups contain gluten or grains?

Nope.
We skip the wheat, soy, corn, and rice. Instead, our crusts are made with almond flour, coconut flour, grass-fed collagen, glucomannan, and gluten-free oat fiber. They're 100% gluten-free and made without traditional grains, so you can enjoy dessert without compromise. Note: Our gluten-free crust contains certified GF oat fiber. While it’s gluten-free and low-carb, it is technically grain-derived.

Are there any Artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners in your cheesecake cups? 

Absolutely not.
We don’t use artificial anything—no fake dyes, no synthetic flavors, and no chemical sweeteners like sucralose, aspartame, or saccharin.
Instead, we use real ingredients you can pronounce, like fresh lemon zest, real vanilla, and berries. Our FirstRate™ sweetener is a blend of non-GMO, fermented erythritol and xylitol with a touch of pure stevia—crafted to deliver clean sweetness with no weird aftertaste or blood sugar spike.

Each cheesecake cup ranges from 230 to 270 calories, depending on the flavor. Those calories come from high-quality fats and proteins, including grass-fed collagen, real cream cheese, and eggs—never added sugar, fillers, or cheap oils.

Do you use preservatives or artificial ingredients?

Never.


Our cheesecakes are made with real, recognizable ingredients—including Philadelphia Cream Cheese, fresh eggs, and natural flavors like lemon zest and vanilla.
We don’t use preservatives, growth hormones, artificial flavors, synthetic dyes, or ingredients you can’t pronounce.

Every bite is crafted to be as clean as it is crave-worthy because you shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality to enjoy dessert.

Why are they more expensive than mainstream options?

Because we use real ingredients, not shortcuts.

Each cheesecake cup is about 3 oz (79–80g)—roughly the size of a standard cupcake.
They’re perfectly portioned for a satisfying dessert or protein-rich snack, without going overboard.

Are they made in the U.S.?

You bet.
We’re proudly based in Dallas, Texas, and every cheesecake is handcrafted in our dedicated gluten-free facility in Richardson, TX.

How do they ship?

Our 15-pack cheesecake cups ship nationwide in insulated packaging, gel packs, and dry ice that keeps them fresh (not frozen) during transit. Orders go out Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and preserve quality.

How long does shipping take?


We ship from Texas using dry ice and gel packs to keep your cheesecakes fresh—not frozen during transit.

Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number, and delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

How do I store and serve the cheesecakes?

Refrigerate upon arrival. Here’s how to enjoy them at their best:

  • Stays fresh for up to 6 months

What’s the meaning behind the name?

When our founder, Ericka, gave up sugar and gluten for health reasons, she quickly realized something: most “healthy” desserts tasted terrible. They gave her headaches, had weird textures, and were nothing like the real thing.

So she started making her own gluten-free, keto-friendly treats with no added sugar and no compromise on taste. She shared every trial batch with her family.

The first time she nailed it, she took a bite and said,
“This is so good.”

And then her dad—who’s known for devouring sugar and gluten-filled everything—took a bite and casually said:
“And I like it.”

That moment became more than a reaction. It became our name (and yes, the URL was available). Because we believe dessert should make you feel good, not guilty, and you should never have to settle just because it’s low carb or no added sugar.
